• Defined service boundaries, API contracts and data models for backend microservices; my team doubled feature delivery velocity within 6 months.
• Team introduced ClickHouse as an OLAP analytics layer, Terraform infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD with GitHub Actions including automated testing and a DevSecOps layer, cutting deployment failures.
• Led the migration from native mobile/web stacks (9-person team) to Flutter, consolidating the frontend codebase and reducing complexity and payroll overhead.
• Team built shared Python libraries for common service logic, eliminating code duplication across microservices.
